1. Peeling and pitting
Avocados undergo strict screening to ensure no rotten ones are present. They are then peeled and pitted manually.
2. Dicing

3. Cleaning
The diced avocados enter the washing machine to remove surface residues and mucus. At the same time, food-grade antioxidant liquid can be added for soaking to delay the oxidation and discoloration process and improve the color stability of the product.
4. Quick freezing
After washing, the avocado chunks enter the freezing equipment, which generally uses IQF technology to reduce the core temperature of the cubes to below -18°C in a very short time, locking in the nutrients and flavor to the maximum extent, preventing the cell structure from being destroyed, and ensuring the taste and shape after thawing.
5. Packaging
The frozen avocado chunks enters the weighing and packaging station through an automatic packaging system and is packaged in a vacuum or nitrogen-filled manner, which can effectively extend the shelf life.
