Apple Juice Production Process:


The production process of apple juice mainly includes the following steps: cleaning, crushing, enzyme inactivation, juicing and sterilization.

  1. Cleaning: Remove the surface sand, impurities and residual pesticides from the apples.
  2. Crushing: Crush the whole apples into particles, which is conducive to subsequent enzyme treatment and juicing.
  3. Enzyme inactivation: Inactivate polyphenol oxidase by heating to prevent browning of apple juice and maintain the color of apple juice.
  4. Juicing: Extract as much juice as possible from the pulp to increase the juice yield.
  5. Sterilization: Eliminate possible bacteria in apple juice to ensure product safety and extend shelf life.

1. Apple washing machine

Made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, it has a solid structure, strong corrosion resistance, long service life, and meets food safety standards. The washing machine adopts a two-stage design, with the front section for rough washing and the back section for fine washing. The spiral conveying mechanism is used to achieve continuous conveying and tumbling washing of apples. 2. Crushing machine

3. Apple juicing machine

4. Sterilizer

The sterilization system adopts a tubular structure design, which is specially designed for sterilizing juice and pulp. The equipment is equipped with a heat recovery device, which can save energy and water by about 30% compared with traditional sterilization equipment, and has significant economic benefits. In addition, the sterilization time is short, the flow rate is fast, and there is no dead corner for hygiene.
