Main Production Process for NFC Peach Juice:

  1. Peach Washing

Freshly harvested peaches first enter the washing system, where methods such as air-bubble agitation, brushing, and spray rinsing effectively remove soil, dust, and fuzz from the surface. This process also reduces microbial contamination, providing clean raw material for subsequent processing.

  1. Manual or Automated Sorting

After washing, the peaches undergo a sorting process. Using either manual sorting or visual sorting equipment, damaged, rotten, insect-infested, and unripe peaches are removed, ensuring that only high-quality peaches proceed to the next stage of processing.

  1. Pitting Process

Depending on the peach variety, specialized pitting equipment is used to rapidly remove the pits, maximizing flesh retention, minimizing raw material waste, and increasing juice yield.

  1. Pulp Crushing

After pitting, the peach flesh enters the crushing equipment, where it is uniformly pulverized. The crushing equipment allows for the adjustment of particle size based on the ripeness of the peaches, ensuring optimal juice yield while avoiding excessive damage to the pulp tissue.

  1. Juice Extraction

The crushed fruit pulp enters the peach juice extraction system, where juicing equipment thoroughly separates the juice from the pomace, thereby enhancing extraction efficiency. Depending on product requirements, additional equipment—such as filtration and homogenization units—can be integrated to ensure a smoother, more consistent texture and mouthfeel.

  1. Pasteurization

The extracted peach juice undergoes a pasteurization process designed to ensure food safety while preserving its natural flavor, color, and nutritional content to the greatest extent possible. Scientifically controlled pasteurization temperatures and durations effectively extend the peach juice’s shelf life.

  1. Aseptic Filling

Immediately after pasteurization, the peach juice enters an aseptic filling system where it is filled into aseptic bags or drums in a sterile environment. This process prevents secondary contamination and facilitates subsequent transport, storage, and re-filling by beverage manufacturers. No preservatives are added throughout the process, truly enabling the production of 100% NFC (Not From Concentrate) peach juice.
