Dried Pineapple Processing Flow:


  1. Peeling and core removal: remove the pineapple skin and core to ensure the flesh is intact.
  2. Slicing/dicing: cut the pineapple flesh into slices or dices of uniform thickness to meet different market needs.
  3. Blanching: briefly heat to complete sterilization, color protection and other processes to improve product quality.
  4. Sugar dipping: soak the pineapple slices in sugar solution to enhance the flavor and prevent the flesh from being too hard after drying.
  5. Drying: remove the moisture from the pineapple slices to achieve the ideal degree of dryness, which determines the quality of the final product.
