Avocado pulping machine is an efficient equipment specialized in processing avocado into pulpy material. This equipment can efficiently pulp avocado after pitting and complete the automatic separation of pulp and skin. Avocado Puree Machine Working Principle:

Avocado pulping machine is mainly composed of electric motor, belt drive device, shaft, scraper, sieve, catching disk, inlet, outlet and slag outlet. Its core pulping process can be divided into the following steps:

Driving transmission: After the motor is started, the main shaft is driven to rotate through the belt, so that the scraper mounted on the shaft runs in a high-speed rotation, forming a strong rotating power.
Material Entry: The avocado enters into the machine cavity evenly through the feeding port.
Pulping separation: The avocado entering the avocado puree machine cavity is firstly distributed evenly between the scraper and the screen by the slurry catching disk. In the high-speed rotation of the scraper and the guiding angle of the driving effect, the avocado along the cylindrical screen mesh in a spiral to the discharge end. In this process, the avocado is continuously rubbed, squeezed and centrifuged with the wall of the sieve cylinder under the agitation of the scraper, so as to break the pulp into pieces and make it homogeneous.
Separation of pulp and residue: the pulp is squeezed out through the aperture of the screen under the action of centrifugal force, and flows out from the pulp outlet below, and enters the next process; while the coarser impurities such as fruit skin and kernel are sent to the slag hopper, and are discharged out of the slag outlet, realizing automatic separation.
Multi-stage processing: For double-pass pulper, after the first pass completes the primary pulping, the avocado will automatically enter the second screen area for more detailed pulping and separation, further improving the pulping precision and pulp rate.
