Avocado paste is a sauce made from fresh avocados. It is loved by consumers for its delicate taste and rich nutrients. In order to meet the market demand for high-quality avocado paste, our company independently developed and launched an efficient, automated, and high-sanitation avocado paste production line, which can realize full-process automation from raw material pretreatment to finished product packaging, greatly improving production efficiency and product quality.
Avocado Paste Production Process:
- Avocado washing: Fresh avocados are washed in multiple stages by an automatic washing machine to remove the sand and dust on the surface of the peel, ensuring the hygiene and safety of subsequent processing.
- Peeling and pitting: Use automated equipment or manual assistance to peel the avocado and remove the pit. This step requires quick and accurate movements to avoid oxidation and discoloration of the flesh.
- Pulping: The avocado is processing into a fine pulp by a pulping machine to ensure that the finished paste has a smooth taste and uniform color.
- High temperature sterilization: Pasteurization is used to effectively kill microorganisms in avocado paste and extend the shelf life of the product.
- Packaging: The sterilized avocado paste is automatically filled into packaging containers (such as bottles, cups, bags, etc.), and sealed, labeled, and boxed.
Main Equipment in Avocado Paste Production Line:
1. Avocado washing machine
The machine uses a combination of brush cleaning and spray flushing to fully clean the surface of avocados by using the combined effect of brush and nozzle flushing. The equipment is equipped with a filtration system that can automatically discharge impurities and sediment, saving water and energy.
2. Avocado pulping machine
The equipment is equipped with high-strength blades and a frequency conversion control system, which can adjust the speed according to the hardness of the pulp to achieve efficient crushing and homogenization.
