Pineapple Juice Extractor Machine Working Principle:

The main component of this pineapple juice squeezer machine is a spiral. The bottom diameter of the spiral gradually increases and the pitch gradually decreases along the direction of the residue outlet. When the pineapple is pushed forward by the spiral, the volume of the spiral cavity is reduced, forming a squeeze on the pineapple. The pineapple is added to the feed hopper and is pressed by the spiral. The squeezed juice flows into the juice container at the bottom through the filter screen, and the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the spiral and the tapered part of the pressure regulator.
