NFC Orange Juice Production Process:

Raw material pretreatment: After fresh oranges enter the factory, they must first go through steps such as sorting, cleaning, and removing rot to ensure that the fruits entering the next stage are high-quality fruits.
Cleaning: Use a cleaning machine to thoroughly remove the mud and impurities on the surface of the orange.
Juice extraction: Use a juicer for mechanical squeezing to maximize the extraction of juice.
Coarse and fine filtration: The squeezed orange juice is initially filtered to remove large particles of pulp, seeds and impurities, and then finely filtered to improve purity.
Degassing: Remove dissolved oxygen from orange juice through vacuum degassing equipment to prevent oxidation and extend shelf life.
Pasteurization: Orange juice passes through a pasteurizer and is heated to a suitable temperature in a short time to inactivate microorganisms, ensuring product safety while retaining nutrients as much as possible.
Aseptic filling: Filling is carried out in a clean environment. Common packaging includes bottles, Tetra Pak, aseptic bags, etc.
Cold chain storage and transportation: After production, NFC orange juice needs to be refrigerated and stored, and transported to the sales terminal through a cold chain system.

Washing machine: uses bubble tumbling and spraying systems to deeply clean impurities on the surface of the orange.

Production Requirements And Environmental Standards:

In order to ensure the quality and food safety of NFC orange juice, the operation of the entire orange juice production line must meet the following basic requirements:

The production area must be a clean area with an air filtration system.
The indoor temperature is controlled within a suitable range (20℃-25℃) and the humidity is moderate.
Each area is strictly divided: the raw material area, processing area, packaging area, and storage area are separated and independent.
People entering the production area must wear work clothes, hats, and masks.
The filled products should be quickly stored in a cold storage at 2℃-8℃.
