Banana Puree Production Line Working Process:

1. Raw material selection and cleaning

Fresh bananas are placed in a washing machine, where water flow and air bubbles are used to remove dirt, impurities, and pesticide residues from the skin. Some production lines are also equipped with spray cleaning devices to ensure cleanliness meets food processing standards.

2. Peeling

Bananas must be peeled before processing to ensure the cleanliness of the raw material.

3. Pureeing

The peeled bananas are then placed in a pulping machine, where high-speed rotating blades pulverize and homogenize the flesh, creating a fine banana puree. Antioxidants may be added as needed during the pureeing process to maintain its color and flavor.

4. Homogenization and sterilization

To improve the stability and shelf life of banana puree, it is typically subjected to a secondary homogenizer. Subsequently, pasteurization or ultra-high temperature (uht) sterilization is used to effectively eliminate microorganisms and ensure food safety.

5. Aseptic filling and packaging

After sterilization, the banana puree is immediately packaged using an aseptic filling machine to ensure sealed storage under sterile conditions. The packaged banana puree can be directly stored in cold storage or shipped.
