Recently, a client from Malaysia partnered with us to purchase a set of avocado processing equipment, aiming to enhance their fruit processing capabilities and market competitiveness.
The client is a newly established Malaysian fruit trading company currently focused on the processing and sale of fruits such as durians and avocados. Leveraging Malaysia’s abundant fruit resources, the client aims to utilize specialized processing workflows to standardize the handling of sourced fruit; this initiative is designed to enhance product appearance and sales standards, thereby establishing a more stable quality assurance system for future market sales.
During the initial project discussions, the client outlined their current business plan. As the company is in a growth phase—with operations currently centered on the procurement, processing, and sales of fruit—they required equipment that could not only meet immediate avocado processing needs but also offer the flexibility to accommodate the future processing of other fruit products.
Based on the client’s specific requirements, we recommended a processing solution comprising avocado washing and grading equipment.
Once the avocados enter the processing stage, they first undergo surface treatment using the washing equipment. This process effectively removes impurities such as soil and dust, ensuring the avocados maintain a clean appearance.
After washing, the avocados enter the grading equipment, where they are sorted according to the client’s sales requirements. The grading system automatically classifies the fruit based on criteria such as weight and size. This process not only facilitates subsequent packaging and sales but also enables clients to set different prices for different grades, thereby maximizing product value.
In this collaboration, the Malaysian client selected our equipment primarily due to its level of automation, processing efficiency, and future scalability. The complete system not only reduces manual labor and enhances consistency in fruit processing but also meets the client’s needs for future business growth.In addition to avocado processing, this type of equipment is also suitable for washing and grading various other fruits, such as mangoes, citrus, and apples.
