Fruit Packing Machine Working Process:

Feeding: Place the fruit on the feed conveyor belt, which will transport the products in an orderly manner into the packaging equipment.
Film supply and forming: The film roll is placed on the film supply shaft, and the packaging film is fed to the forming device through the film pulling device. The forming device folds the flat film roll into a cylindrical shape and forms a longitudinal sealing area at the bottom.

Perforation: If breathability is required, the perforation device will uniformly perforate the film during the film conveying process. The hole diameter and spacing are adjustable to meet the respiration requirements of different fruits.
Fruit packaging: The conveyor belt transports the fruit into the formed film tube, achieving the process of “film wrapping the product.”
Sealing and cutting: The fruit packing equipment seals the film longitudinally using a longitudinal heat sealing device, then cuts the film using a transverse sealing knife and completes transverse heat sealing to form independent pillow-type packaging bags.
Weighing and labeling: After being equipped with a weighing unit, the packaged fruit automatically enters the weighing area, where the system transmits the data to the labeling machine, which then automatically applies labels (including weight, price, barcode, and other information).
